i bought a G6 2160-ev on December 22th 2012 and a week ago started to inactivate on his own during my studies and my work.Sometimes twice a day.I decided to update my bios base with the last update that you have put on the hp support and when the update finished the laptop couldnt start up.i payed plenty of money for this laptop to have such problems and i dont have the money buy an other one.I am pretty sure that i have done nothing wrong to case this problem . my serial number is [edited by Moderator] an my product number b9n69ea#ab7.Does the warranty cover me?
