I'm not certain which is the best board so hopefully this one is correct.
I have an HP Envy TouchSmart (j063cl) laptop. I have a Bluetooth Mouse (Microsoft Sculpt Touch Mouse) and a JayBird BlueTooth Headset). I'm using Windows 8.1 (64-Bit).
Whether it's the Mouse or the Headset, the laptop disconnects these devices about 3-4 times per hour. Both the Mouse and headset get disconnected for 3-4 seconds then they reconnect. Well .. the Mouse does, not the headset. I have to manually reconnect it. I'm not sure what's going on. I can confirm that I have the most recent drivers.
Any idea on what might be going on? It's a little annoying especially if I'm in the middle of a Skype Conversation and all of the sudden get disconnected. I usually don't realize it right away unti lthe person on the other end goes silent or they send me a message stating they can't hear me.
Would love to know how to fix this.
