Hi , i'we got HP ELITEBOOK 2560P , windows 7 ultimate 64bit.
I runned all anti virus programs that i have.. Avast , AVG , Norton , nothing.. Im totally empty from virus'es I ran scf /scannow too . With safe mode and normal mode.. Nothing.. I have all drivers up to date.
Task manager look's : 
I'we got 32bit earlier on my PC.. W7 Profesional 32bit.. but i upgraded to 64bit ultimate Because my 32bit was freezing too .
The freezing is like , i watch a video or play a game , it freezes every 5-10 seconds for 1-3 seconds. Just stops the image and then continues.
How i said im empty from virus'es ... What else ? Drivers are up to date... Cpu usage is werry low . 0-20%
I'we downloaded ''Speccy' too , it shows my PC info , i taked a screenShot. Here it is :
My desktop is almost empty .. Only 5 files..
I tryed to set my PC to Adjust Best for Performance In advanced System settings.. Nothing helped..
Trash is too empety .. I cleared all Duplicated , short cut files...
In my Intel [R] HD graphics panel i set up for best performance. And Color depth 16bit. - Refresh Rate 40p Hz.
HELP ME PLEASE. It's driving me crazy with those freezes. I cant play any game or watch video/movie , it freezes every few seconds...
