Hp m6 won't turn on

Hi there I'm in need of assistance, my hp envy m6 will not turn on

The power light and wii comes on but no fans or noise or any blinks

When putting in an ac adapter it shows charging but still won't turn on

Powering up by battery power does absolutely nothing no lights at all

I can say that before this happened the laptop would shut itself down when a slight tap was executed .. And before it happened I dropped the laptop from hip height onto grass, mud got into the power jack but it's now clean of it

I've tried reseating the ram

And getting rid of electric static
