My HP ENVY Touch Smart 15 notebook PC, with serial # [edited by Moderator], is dead after a bios update from hp update manager three weeks ago. Some lights e.g. the oneon the Fn key for Wireless all stay on that that is it. The BIOS udpate is totally messed it up and the machine is not booting into anything to do recovery...
How can I get it going and rollback the bios... It has windows 8.1 upgraded and fully functional, with lot of my college stuff.. Please help...
