Hi, I recently took apart my HP laptop and did a checkup to see why my fan was making noise upon startup sometimes, and then put it back together the way it is supposed to be. I used Electro Static Discharge protection to prevent discharge. After putting the machine back together, I powered it on, 3 seconds after power on it would shut off. The screen doesn't power on, there does not appear to be any codes (although I'm not sure where to look). The machine never runs with a battery only AC power because the battery failed. I need your help please.
