My warranty expired 4 days ago and HP phone support refuses to help me. Doesn't hp stand behind its products beyond 1 year?
I never had any prior problems with my notebook until today when I try to boot it the screen gets hung up on preparing automatic repair. A hard reset didn't work.
I don't know what to do next. I do not have another pc to download a DVD for a system restore, besides I would rather not sacrifice the files/photos I have stored on my system. Please help.
