When I type my password to log on it says "the user profile service failed the log on, user profile cannot be loaded". What does that mean? And it also does not give me the option to log off on the bottom right hand corner. Just shut down, sleep, or hibernate. I was going to just log off my account and log on as a guest. Someone help! Is it a virus?
