This notebook is locked. I tried boot password 3 times and "Sistema desactivado [94501492]" message is shown on the screen. I forgot the password.
Could someone help me to unlock it. I have tried some posted procedure in this website but none worked.
notebook battery cannot be removed because it is internal.

Hi tried to do a hard reboot. Unplugged the non removable battery. Same thing. 2 blinks of the caps lock key after pressing power button. This same thing happened about a week ago. This time it will not recover into Bios mode. This just happened after I did a update and restart prompted by shut down sequence.
Hello! My HP 15 laptop has been having issues lately. It's been "overheating" due to a cooling fan malfunction. But...for some reason, it doesn't overheat when it's on the charger. I believe the overheating started in February, but I might be wrong. I have had the laptop for a 1 and a half years. Any help would be much appreciated!

i get a constant problem with the clock not being sincronized after ristart of notebook
i changed the primari battery (CR2032) and cleaned the seat of it but when i turn off and ristart the clock is still out of date
how can i solve the problem ??

I have a trouble. Actually i have on my HP 250 G4 Notebook PC, Elementary OS (Linux). But i want install Windows 7. I put pendrive in my notebook, boot, and... error : No device driver were found. I don't have DVD/CD with drivers with my notebook.. I don't understand which drivers i must download. Help me
Please my laptop is having the same problem,My hp mini 110-3830nr will not turn on. I've unplugged the power cord and took out the battery and held the power button for 30 sec. And it did not work.tried it with the battery in and with it out with the power cord in and still nothing. THE LED lights indicator is ON but when i press the ON key it went OFF. PLEASE CAN SOME ONE HELP ME.

The problem first began when i was using google chrome and my laptop just hung and went completely unresponsive. When i force shutdown and restarted it started fine but the next time i opened chrome it hung again. This time the restart in normal mode just went from the windows logo to a blank screen. When i stared in safe mode and ran my avg command line scanner it found 106 infections but wasnt clear on its actions against it. Whenever i run this scan i can start it on normal mode again and seems to function normally but clicking on chrome brings back those problems. when i tried using firefox it slowed down and went unresponsive too. After a few days of normal usage i started getting BSODs quite frequently (usually a few minutes after normal startup and desktop access...and today after happening twice in normal mode ive only been able to see my screen in safe mode. the command line scanner brings the same results. Cant seem to do a boot time scan with avast as it just goes from the windows logo to blank screen. Any advice?

Okay so after fighting a virus I attempting a system recovery which said it could not be completed and thus, gave me the option to cancel. After that I chose to restart my pc but when I booted up my pc it stood stuck in a boot-loop. Now after getting off the phone with tech support, I ran a system and hardware test and they both passed. Apparently there's something with the partition and instead of me buying some disk for about $45, I wanted to know if there's a way to use my USB hard drive(32gb) as an alternative to save myself from unnecessary purchases. Hi, my name is Charles and I have a very big problem. My HP ProBook was working the past night, and has been for the past 6 months. However, on this night, when I shut it down and opened it up the next morning, it had been put into Manufacturing Program Mode. I have no clue how this happened, or why it happened. Is there a way to get it out of Manufacturing Program Mode? I have been trying the trick with the AC adapter but it never goes over 1. Even with Manufacturing Mode on, since I know I can still use it, it won't boot... at all.
Searched forums with no luck . Power cord plugged in with white light ,no other lights flashing or blinking . Tryed the hard reset for model with sealed batery (holding power button down) no response. Looking for some model specific answers because standard trobleshooting has been tried and failed . Thanks in advance.
